Flow from application to certificate

1. 01.Application

   Please send an application at least 2 working days prior to the date of inspection.
   We accept the form by email or fax.
   *To be accompanied by a cancellation of registration

2. 02.Invoice issued after acceptance
   of application

   Payment is to be made by 15:00hr of the day before the inspection.

3. 03.Payment received

   Log in PW for E-Cert is issued after the payment received.

4. 04.Inspection

   The result of an inspection is to be uploaded to the "E-Cert" tab of this web site on the following day.

5. ○Pass

   ×Fail 

   2nd inspection must be con within a *certain period

   • Zambia: within 14 days
   • Tanzania: within 21 days
   • Others: within 30 days
